This insurance does not cover any medical treatment costs resulting directly or indirectly from the following:
1. The deliberate harm of the insured to himself/herself such as attempting suicide, taking part in an illegal business, resisting authorities, drug or alcohol addiction, in addition to mental disorder, nervous breakdowns, and mental diseases.

2. The participation of the insured in a military operations (whether war is declared or not), turmoil, hostile actions, civil wars, revolutions, rebellions, or during the military service, or in case of his/her exposure to any nuclear dangers and pollution. Or in case of medical coverage from other places.

3. Accidents resulting from any hazardous sport such as boxing, hunting... etc.

4. Sexual Diseases or that related to sterility or fertility.

5. Prosthesis, congenital diseases, and plastic surgery.

6. Moving body parts in general.

7. Tumor treatment, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and periodical check-ups.(covered by a special attachment)

8. Diseases that exist prior to the contract or chronic diseases. (covered by a special attachment)

9. Periodical check-ups or prenuptial examinations.

10. Treatment of diseases caused by viruses such as AIDS.

11. Open heart surgery, and widening and patching arteries.(covered by a special attachment)

12. Sexual stimuli, birth control medication, sterility and impotence treatment, in addition to the medication of sexually transmitted diseases such as AIDS.

13. Contact lenses and any relevant medication.

14. Recovery in convalescent homes, sanatoriums, quarantines, special diets and weight controlling centers, as well as recovery expenses in general.

15. All kinds of vitamins and hormones, except for vitamins necessary for treatment.

16. All cosmetics and diet medicines for all ages such as children’s milk and vaccination.
